Artist Notes

Summer in Missouri is a colorful season! The prairie is buzzing with activity, and one by one the flowers are starting to bloom. Black-eyed Susans, Sunflowers, Coneflowers, all with their own shade of yellow. The American Goldfinch has the perfect camouflage, you can hardly spot him among the bright flowers!
